The Auditorium building is composed by three cubes, thought as pure volumes, that interacts discretely with the Spanish Fortress. The central cube (named cubo uno), hosts the concert hall, with a capacity of 238 seats and 40 musicians. The other two cubes (cubo due and tre), are located on the east and west sides of the central one. The main entrance is in the cubo due, the nearest to Fontana Luminosa, that also hosts public services like foyer, bar, wardrobe and desk. In the cubo tre there are green area, artists’ services and control room. Another important element of the project is the external space generated by the cubes that will become a public square establishing a new connection between the historical city and the Fortress. The building is constructed of wood and with its earth wake-proof technologies wants to be a “good building” example for L’Aquila reconstruction.

Visit to the Caves
The Stiffe Caves are located inside the Sirente-Velino Park, they can be called a "resurgence", ie a cavity from which a stream flows out. The underground stream, which accompanies the visitor, forms rapids and spectacular waterfalls inside the cavity. Abandoning the summer heat, in the cave you start a journey back in time: the cave is alive, still in formation and reveals its secrets to us, shows us its millenary works carved into the rock by water and time. In winter, sheltered from the harsh outside temperatures that characterize Abruzzo Abruzzo, the underground river offers a suggestive spectacle creating extraordinary sound and visual effects: tumultuous and impetuous the stream announces jumping on the rocks and in the heart of the cavity, breaks the rarefied silence, reminds us that the Stiffe Caves are his work. The stream fascinates us with the spectacle of the waters that, in the great and majestic hall of the waterfall, makes us live a profound and unrepeatable emotion.

Dinner at The Paper Mill
Immersed in the greenery of the Lake Vetoio Natural Park, it is the ideal location for wedding receptions, banquets, meetings, conventions, parties, exhibitions and cultural events. The lake and the river Vetoio are the fulcrum of the homonymous large urban park in the heart of the western area of the city of L'Aquila. Inside there are important bird species such as the heron cinerino, the egret, the purple heron, the cormorant (in some periods of the year), the coot, the mallard, kingfisher and other dozens of protected species. In February 2014 an extraordinary event calmed the attention of scholars and ornithology enthusiasts; a specimen of the small Luì of Pallas, a bird of only 10 gr, rather than migrating from Siberia to Indochina chose to go to the West and found a house in the Vetoio park after a trip of 8000km.
